X4: Foundations 5.10 update and new bundle available

A few weeks have passed since our last newsletter... so it's time for a little update from our studio. We have summarised the most important developments of the last few weeks for you in this email. Feel free to follow us on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram to hear from us even more regularly.

But first we would like to say a big thank you for supporting the release of X4: Tides of Avarice in March. We are very proud to have made it into the "Top Steam Releases" of the month with this third expansion for X4: Foundations. We appreciate your continued support for the X series.

5.10 Update available
Following the release of X4: Tides of Avarice and the 5.00 update for X4: Foundations, we've continued to improve the game, so make sure you update X4: Foundations to the latest version (5.10 Hotfix 2).

We would like to reassure you that we're not quite done yet with our vision for X4. However, the next item on the agenda for the game is a little way off, and we won't be able to get into specifics about it for quite a while. In the meantime, we hope that you continue to enjoy X4, build your empire, explore far away systems, dive into the storylines, and let yourselves be immersed in the X Universe.

New bundle - all current X4 products united
If you're one of our newsletter readers who hasn't yet jumped into X4, you might be interested in the following news. We recently released a new bundle on both Steam and GOG that combines all currently available X4 products (the base game, the three expansions, and four soundtracks, as well as some bonus material) at a reasonable discount. We're also running a big discount promotion this week, so the "X4 2022 Bundle" is especially attractive right now - be sure to check it out on Steam or GOG.

Bernd Lehahn as a guest on Space Game Junkie podcast
In April, Egosoft founder and CEO Bernd Lehahn was once again a guest on the Space Game Junkie podcast, where he talked about X4: Tides of Avarice and the X series in general. You can find a recording of the conversation on YouTube and various podcast platforms (e.g. Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify and Amazon Music).
