I had a similar thing happen to me; moved 3 billion credits to my account and the stations then started running through credits on their own, some of which have gone to negative trillions... Finances are stable as long as the personal account stays below one billion (and the other billions are spread throughout the factories)

Station fund transfer has a further bug in 1.60. The devs are aware and a fix will be in a future build.

EDIT: I think 1.60 Hotfix 1 issued today may have addressed it.
