This script uses Custom Wares, so a zip file is not possible. As it needs the plugin manager to generate the wares file

i deployed two large OWP beside gate, 4km close that they can support each other, install 24 IBL and 24 PAC. both of them, but, they were destroyed by 1 lx, 1 L, 2 N at OOS, no big ship ,only 4 fighters, those of them were killed by OWP at no more 10 second when i reload save and jump in sector. i know the OOS has different Formula,but i think the 48 IBL and 48 PAC are much firepower to kill 4 fighters at OOS.
