Does anyone know how to locate X2 Editor (or similar)?

I've searched & searched, but I feel I need some assistance with a problem.

I've checked several ways, and http://www.doubleshadow.wz.cz is now out of service. That means that the tools that allow you to read unpacked X2 text files are also out of service.

Is there another source for this program...or a newer program that replaces it?

Failing that, the "X²: The Threat Modder Kit (Rev. 1.4)" contains a 13 page PDF file that includes a listing of the identifiers for the TShips.txt file. Is there a place where similar data is available for the rest of the files?

UPDATE: Site wasn't working last night. Now it apparently is. Go figure.

So apparently I now have that tool. I'll have to wait till I'm home tonight to play with it.

So my only other question is if version 0.0.37 is compatible with X2 version 1.5.

Yes, it is. Version 1.5 didn't change any of the files that are editable with this tool.
