Remote Install Featurue - Xai Corporations Trade Command Software MK1

Hi,
according to the readme of the "Xai Corporations Trade Command Software MK1" script
there should be a "Remote Install" cmd under "special"
But there is not. Except for the Bonus pack i have nothing installed. (i also cant uninstall the BP because the steam version seems to come with it preinstalled).
Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a conflict with something or if feature that generally works.
The trading cmds. are shown as should. So its definitly loaded.
