Linking my account to Steam

I'm a returning player to X4 and went to link my steam account to my forum account. Apparently I have already done that but I have the login for that forum account. Is there away I can reset that or de-link my old account?

Figured out that it was an old account for an email that I can no longer access because I deleted the google account lol still no idea the password though
